The excitement and challenge of putting on a Seder dinner may be behind you, but you've still got lots more Passover meals to think about. Here are a few hints to get your creative juices flowing.
Matzo Meals
More Pesach Solutions Make Pesach chicken strips by dipping boneless chicken pieces in beaten egg, and then into a bowl of matzo meal seasoned with herbs and spices. Bake or fry the strips until crispy, and serve with mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. Yearning for something "grainy?" Quinoa is kosher for Passover! Rinse it thoroughly and cook it as you would rice. Use it to make pilaf or add it to soups! Quinoa ("KEEN-wah") is available at most health food stores.
